As a subject matter expert in Facebook for digital marketing campaigns, the Digital Marketing Specialist executes on campaign deliverables to meet client’s business objectives, proactively updates campaigns to exceed industry standards, and provides strategic operational support for the Client Success team. This individual is responsible for Facebook campaign optimization through appropriate technology platforms, ad content creation, keyword research/management, conversion troubleshooting, and new product testing, which may require coordination with multiple internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall client success and satisfaction
- Own, manage, and evaluate performance for Facebook campaigns
- Create relevant content and campaigns for brands and businesses
- Proactively provide strategic recommendations applicable to clients’ business objectives, expectations, and goals
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions
- Oversee and/or participate in all operational projects
- Expert on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, and Google Analytics
- Work closely with internal team members to help develop internal standard operational processes and procedures
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related area
- 3+ years of demonstrated dedication to client support and problem solving in a collaborative team environment
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with Facebook
- Facebook, Google Ads and/or Bing certification is a plus
