As a subject matter expert in online marketing, the Digital Marketing Associate manages initial client setup, ad creation support, reporting, and additional operational support for the Client Success team.
What are the responsibilities?
- Ensure overall client satisfaction
- Initial set-up of all campaigns
- Client reporting support for internal tea
- Support for all ad creation and delivery.
- Work with subject matter experts, in-house and remotely, to create relevant content and campaigns for small businesses.
- Proactively provide strategic recommendations applicable to clients’ business models, expectations, and goals
- Troubleshoot operational issues
- Oversee and/or participate in all operational projects
- Develop deep expertise on marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Work closely with internal team members to help develop internal operational processe
- Work closely with team to shape the future of the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related area
- 1-3 years of demonstrated dedication to client support and problem solving in a collaborative team environment
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn a lot quickly
