The Role 

The sales executive role is crucial to the month-to-month results of the sales team. Working closely with the Relationship Managers, you will be responsible for increasing conversion of Nested leads by contacting potential home sellers by phone, building rapport and booking home valuations. This is a ‘greenfield’ opportunity waiting for you to take complete responsibility for converting all of our leads. 

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Articulating the Nested proposition and selling our service to customers with a clear understanding of why Nested is a good fit for them
  • Assessing whether homes meet Nested’s saleability criteria and book in a valuation 
  • Following processes to keep in regular contact with old Nested leads, ensuring that we’re at the forefront of the seller’s mind when deciding to sell their home
  • Managing inbound enquiries via phone and live chat
  • Hitting and/or exceeding your monthly targets whilst still communicating professionally and giving customers the best possible experience

The ideal candidate

  • Graduate Level position / 1-2 years experience sales* 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Target-focused individual
  • Ambitious individual motivated by a career in sales
  • Proactive coupled with the ability to work independently whilst still maintaining a team player attitude

£23k base salary - Uncapped OTE
