Responsibilities:
  • Clearing obstacles reported by the team and inform Client about them
  • Proactive problem resolution skills
  • Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
  • Facilitating Scrum events 
  • Ensuring a good relationship between the team and the Product Owner as well as others outside the team
  • Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions
  • Support organization and coach scrum adoption
  • Helping employees and stakeholders understand Scrum values
 
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach
  • Wide, comprehensive knowledge supported by experience in Agile frameworks, techniques
  • Experience in software development in any role
  • Knowledge of Agile (Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming) 
  • A passion for creating an environment of trust and great dynamics, where people do their best and work together as a team 
  • Fluent English both spoken and written (at least B2)

Nice to have:
  • Certificate PSM I
  • Interest in tech and/or start-up environments
