What You'll Do
As the Senior Manager of Neo4j Partner Marketing, managing the Partner
Marketing team at Neo4j is one part of your role. As a player coach on the
team, you will also own all marketing aspects of Neo4j’s go to market focus
with Global and Regional Systems Integrators and Advisories.
Senior Manager of Neo4j Partner Marketing
Neo4j’s Global Partner Ecosystem spans 3 different partner types including
Go to Market Partners, OEM Partners and Tech Partners. Managing a
Partner Marketing Manager, the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing will
understand the marketing needs among these Partner types, establish the go
to market strategy for each, prioritize resources and execute.
Global and Regional System Integrators
Driving solutions and revenue through Global and Regional Systems
Integrators / Advisories is key to winning new customers and delivering value
to existing ones. The Senior Manager of Neo4j Partner Marketing will work
with Global and Regional Systems Integrators to market to and market with
Neo4j. This person will forge strong relationships with the Neo4j partner
sales team responsible for bringing in global and regional systems integrators
to drive joint solutions, customer and prospect engagement, joint customer
success, and increase revenue.
In marketing TO the Global / Regional SI’s, the Senior Manager of Neo4j
Partner Marketing will be responsible for:
>Developing an ongoing monthly communications plan with a newsletter
that features; joint customer success, new or updated online
courseware, customer case studies, relevant product announcements
and the promotion of webinars and events.
>Working with writing resources internally and with the Neo4j partner
sales team to create a newsletter and supporting assets in it. A monthly
calendar will be created and socialized to key internal stakeholders such
that there is consensus and transparency of what will be communicated
when. The analysis of success metrics (open rate, click through rate,
downloads, etc) for the newsletter will be required to optimize ongoing
monthly communications.
>Developing / Implementing a comprehensive communications plan to
recruit and engage the GSI / SI practitioners.
>Promoting Neo4j enablement content by GSI / SI targeted personas.
>Maintaining and updating SI content in the Partner Portal ensuring that
content is fresh and relevant to key personas at the SI.
In marketing WITH the GSI / SI, the Senior Manager of Neo4j Partner
Marketing is responsible for:
>Collaborating with the GSI / SI partner to develop and execute demand
generation programs.
>Developing quarterly go to market plans with lead generation programs
and activity including but not limited to: joint webinars, joint events, web
content updates, and participation at each others conferences.
>Working with their teammates in Field Marketing to support GSI / SI
participation at regional Neo4j events in the Americas. Responsibilities
to support these regional events include creating, socializing and
customizing an event prospectus for Partner participation at Regional
Events. The Senior Manager will need to be at these events to help
with Partner needs whilst on site.
>Working with their sales team to solidify Partner sponsorships for
Neo4j’s annual user conference GraphConnect. The Senior Manager
will be responsible for creating an event prospectus that reflects clear
value and socializing it with Partners (in conjunction with Partner Sales)
in order to secure sponsorship investments.
Who You'll Work With
You will be a member of the Americas Marketing team in the United States,
but work globally as needed. This position requires significant cross-functional
collaboration, working with the following:
- Business Development
- Partner sales team
- Partner marketing manager
- Field marketing
- Content team - creative / writing / social
- Web team
- Neo4j sales and sales leaders to support business goals and outcomes
with the SI’s in their regions.

Who You Are
Strategic thinker that can also execute
+5 years of Partner Marketing Management
Minimum of +3 years working on creating and executing on GSI / SI strategy
and plans
Familiar with go to market with SI partners with a focus on communication,
recruitment and content promotion.
Strong written communication skills
Goal oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, but also a team player
Proactive learner and creative problem solver who enjoys being in a
fast-paced environment
