Technical Support Consultant

  • Navigator is looking for an Technical Support Consultant that thrives in the excitement of a fast-paced environment and excels at developing solutions with our clients. Our customers rely heavily on the Support team in making sure we are providing the service necessary for success by all parties.   
     
    Key Responsibilities:    
    • Provide outstanding service to our customers
    • Answer incoming customer calls, chats and emails.
    • Log customer issues for tracking and resolution.
    • Resolve customer issues or escalate to development, project management, accounting, services, etc. for resolution.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer relations and provide customers with a positive and helpful experience.
    • Contact customers to schedule project tasks.
    • Take meeting minutes.  
    • Any other customer service related projects or activities.
    • Other administrative tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Prior customer service experience
    • Inbound/outbound phone skills
