To sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Responsibilities
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train an achievement oriented individual.
