What you’ll do:
- Communicate effectively and provide assistance with current and prospective clients, outside vendors, candidates and other individuals that call or approach the front desk.
- Distribute leads and emails to Sales Representatives
- Data entry of clientele information
- Manage/Schedule conference room calendars
- Replenish supplies and keep track of inventory
- Ensuring cleanliness throughout the office (ie conference room, kitchen, etc)
- Ad hoc projects supporting Operations team
Who you are:
- Background in Customer Service/Answering Multiple phone lines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly Computer literate in Google Suite
- Ability to Multitask
- Extraordinary Administrative Skill set
- Experience utilizing Salesforce
