Product Marketing Manager

mySidewalk’s next Product Marketing Manager is a skilled storyteller armed with a modern marketing toolkit to design and execute end-to-end marketing strategies. This person is tasked with using their industry, product, buyer, segment, and marketing knowledge to develop and deliver compelling marketing content that drives customer acquisition and ensures a delightful customer experience for their solution category. With a keen understanding of the product lifecycle, our new Product Marketing Manager will collaborate across functions to maintain and refine product messaging, drive marketing output, and improve the business performance of their solution category.

  • How do we accelerate our customer acquisition and revenue growth?
  • How do we analyze and refine our positioning and messaging for maximum return on investment?
  • How do we develop and ensure a consistently delightful customer experience through solution marketing?


How You’ll Solve Those Problems:
Drive demand generation efforts through smart experimentation and ruthless analysis.
  • Align go-to-market messaging, lead collection efforts, and weekly outbound cadences to exceed quarterly pipeline goals for your solution category.
  • Seek out and engage new markets and opportunities to expand the mySidewalk brand.

Sharpen and package tools for sales & customer to tell the mySidewalk story.
  • Work with customer and sales team members to develop content (case studies, sales/product decks, emails) that competitively position materials in the customer experience journey.

Develop and maintain solution category expertise.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop and deliver thought leadership content.
  • Guide and direct marketing output and efforts toward solving prospect and customer challenges with industry expertise

  • Possess adaptability and maturity to work within a team or fly solo on projects large and small
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills preferred
  • Can establish key relationships across teams
  • Can switch between the big picture and tactical implementation in the same day, with the desire to make tactics as strategic as the next great idea
  • Have a breadth of marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or government sector
