JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and gain experience with all aspects of human resources and recruiting. Exposure to HR Information Systems, ATS (applicant tracking software), HR law and best practices preferred. Knowledge or exposure Google Docs, G Drive, Word and Excel a plus. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a strong attention to detail, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager on various aspects of HR and recruitment.
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration or related field.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- With the guidance and support of the Operations Manager, conducts a variety of tasks related to talent acquisition and HR such as updating job postings and job descriptions, candidate screen, scheduling interviews, and new employee onboarding
- Partner with the Operations Manager on team building events and all company functions
- Assist with data entry and audit of HR and database files (EaseCentral, iSolved, Hire with Google)
REQUIRED SKILLS/WORK EXPERIENCE
- 6 months educational experience related to HR or Business Administration
