ABOUT THE POSITION


We are looking to hire a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading myCrew’s marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing team by developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and refining the user acquisition process. You will also be responsible for building myCrew’s brand equity – internally and externally – as well as growing awareness and establishing global positioning for the brand. 

As a Marketing Director, you and your team will be executing key marketing programs as well as generating content and analyzing data that will contribute directly to building myCrew’s brand and audience. For this role, you will also need to have proven experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns. High competency in project management is a huge advantage.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Support myCrew’s management in hiring marketing team members.
  • Develop, execute and oversee marketing strategy and marketing plans.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate marketing efforts; set and own marketing KPIs.  
  • Establish and own marketing budgets and spend across different channels, track and optimize user CPA.
  • Drive execution of brand strategies and marketing plans, so as to consistently generate revenue growth and build brand health and equity scores.
  • Lead the efforts to develop myCrew into a great brand that considers all the key constituents, including partners, talent, consumers, and employees.
  • Develop and maintain myCrew’s brand playbook and style guide and manage teams’ adherence to it, ensuring and preserving brand integrity and value externally.
  • Manage external PR agency & myCrew brand ambassadors to develop unique, targeted, and relevant consumer communications strategies and initiatives which support brand plans.
  • Work with the partnerships team to define, attract, and maintain the right partners.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.


ABOUT YOU, PROFESSIONALLY

  • 5+ years in Communications, PR, and/or Marketing; with experience in developing and running a marketing team.
  • Proven track record of working in Consumer Mobile. Fitness industry expertize and knowledge is a huge advantage.  
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with digital, content, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, design, and analytics software
  • Established portfolio of media and PR contacts.
  • Proven track record of the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Highly detail oriented, organized, humble, and thoughtful, with a sense of humor.
  • Result-driven - but can balance art and science when making decisions and measuring success.
  • Passionate about the fitness landscape and well-versed in industry trends and technologies.
