Business Development Executive

The Mutual Mobile team is looking for a talented and passionate Business Development Executive - You will be working in an exciting and thrilling goal-oriented environment to meet business targets for growth. While you join our team as a Business Development Executive, some of your responsibilities would include the following:

  Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, plan, assign and execute sales campaigns that align with business goals 
  • Driving the capturing, managing, engaging and nurturing leads into customers 
  • Effectively and efficiently drive demand generation (market research, prospecting, qualifying, nurturing). 
  • Manage inside sales activities on LinkedIn, Email Tools and Salesforce.
  • Execute campaigns, outreach, and communicate on the paid email marketing tools
  • Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients 
  • Identify novel sources and means of reaching out to prospective clients 
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team in planning for campaigns 
  • Assist the sales teams with relevant information regarding leads 
  • Manage outreach with prospects and leads in the long-haul, and strategically reaching out to them over the customer/lead lifetime 
  • Rolling out weekly reports and monthly campaign briefs..
  • Report and present Inside Sales progress and updates
                      
Required educational background:  
  • A Bachelors’ degree is a MUST
  • Candidates with an MBA or equivalent degree are preferred
      
You should possess:
  • Good content writing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good understanding of Sales processes and lead nurturing 
  • A positive, friendly attitude with customers and be empathetic towards their needs 
  • Strong experience on Salesforce CRM/LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Good understanding of all aspects related to sales and marketing: client-vendor relationships, and lead management 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in delivering results 
  • Experience working in an “Inside Sales” role for at least 1-2 years
  • Expertise in using all Google docs and presentation tools so as to maintain and present reports on the progress 
  • Willing to work from 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
