Lead Technical Account Manager

We are currently recruiting a Lead Technical Account Manager to support our Sales & Biz Dev team.


POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an incredible technical account manager to join our Biz Dev & Sales Team. The successful applicant will be fluent in the language of content operations, and have experience working with digital content to diagnose and resolve technical delivery problems.

This individual will evangelize Musixmatch’s services for our client to adopt, and must be as comfortable presenting to a room as conducting conference calls. The individual will also be expected to drive cross-functional projects with minimal assistance. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, a self-starter attitude and a bias towards innovation.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide the highest-level technical support to Musixmatch’s B2B Clients. Engage content providers and clients to identify issues and drive improvement to their processes.

Collaborate with multiple teams to drive improvement to Musixmatch’s content delivery tools and processes. Contribute to functional specifications, product roadmaps and tool enhancements to facilitate and improve content acquisition workflow.

Work with reporting and operations teams on measurement and feedback to providers management. Create and distribute analysis on process and trends to management.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized under pressure
  • Experience working with Media Companies, telco publishers or music platforms to resolve content delivery or transactional issues.
  • Experience analyzing datasets to improve internal and 3rd party processes.
  • Familiarity working with API, Json
  • Clear communicator - Written and verbal.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Multiple languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the entertainment industry and/or operations environment.
