Musictoday is looking for Part-Time Customer Service Representatives for our inbound call center. Hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 2:00PM or 1:30PM - 6:00PM
Job Duties:
- Resolve customer inquiries and customer service related issues by providing excellent customer service via phone and written communication
- Properly balance customer service concerns with business considerations
- Ability to handle high call volume under potentially stressful situation
- Customer Order maintenance and resolutions for inquiries that may pertain to placing a sales order, answering customer questions, or providing a resolution to an outstanding issue
- Maintain a minimum of 12 contacts per hour and a QA score of 85% based upon periodic monitoring of inbound customer service contacts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills with an emphasis on Google Doc & Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or GED required
- Solution-oriented attitude
- Two years of Call Center experience preferred;
- Ability to sustain long periods of inbound calls and communication with customers
