Responsibilities:


·         The Regional Sales manager is responsible for leading sales team in General Trade as well Modern Trade for spices.
·         Maintain and expands customer base by coaching/managing Area sales heads
·         Implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards for the organisation
·         Acquire new customer to increase business development activities
·         Interact with distributors, stockiest to enhance sale in given territory
·         Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
·         Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets


Qualification & Age:


·         MBA in Sales/Marketing or above qualification
·         Maximum 45 years


Work experience & skills:


·         Minimum 10 years work experience in Food Industry, Especially from our competitor brands.
·         Candidate should have territory knowledge in Bangalore City & South Karnataka
