Talent Sourcing Associate

Position Overview 
The Talent Sourcing Associate will be an integral part of the recruiting process for the MSIGHTS operations in Mexico. This position will focus on sourcing and attracting the best talent with various backgrounds including IT, software, data analytics, client services, etc. The Talent Sourcing Associate will be organized with a strong attention to detail in order to coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT recruiting and the ability to coordinate and communicate in the English language across regions. This position will be tasked with the upkeep and organization of Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Google Hire. The Talent Sourcing Associate will focus on the talent market in Monterrey but will also support company-wide recruiting initiatives globally. 
  
Responsibilities 
  •  Develop a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing tools, research, screening, and collaboration with internal teams. 
  •  Execute proactive outreach strategies through job search platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, University Career Portals, and other job boards. 
  • Build connections with potential candidates and maintain relationships through effective communication and professional customer service.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and projects.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and phone screens.
  • Build relationships with local organizations and networking groups to attract candidates.
  • Draft job descriptions, employment contracts and other recruitment documents/materials.
  • Follow the established MSIGHTS recruiting process and best practices which include, compliance with employment law and hiring standards, documentation of the candidate journey, updating applicant tracking system, and ensuring quality communications both internally and externally.
  
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience. 
  • Proficient in the English Language. 
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Customer service mindset
  • Great attention to detail with a strong affinity for organization and following process
  • Proficient in the use of Social Media, Job Boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Google Hire is a plus).
  • General knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
