Our Client Services Team works with major companies to help reach and engage their customers through the development of high performance advertising strategies and drive business growth in the digital and social marketing/advertising sector. We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated marketing/advertising Account Executive with demonstrated and successful client management experience. The Account Executive serves as the client's voice when developing and executing campaigns. They help ensure the efforts of various team members and departments align with the client's goals. They are experts in developing and maintaining client relationships.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to anticipate obstacles and have a sense of urgency, address clients’ concerns, issues and feedback and deliver completed projects by deadline. As they often work on multiple accounts, an attention to detail and organizational skills are also essential so nothing slips under the radar.
Skills and Requirements:
- 4+ years of direct account management at an agency or similar organization
- Takes ownership of customer accounts in order to establish yourself as both an employee communications/ engagement expert and a trusted partner to our valued clients
- Meets with clients frequently, serving as contact between the client and creative/advertising team
- Discusses strategy with clients and presents creative proposals for approval, making sure all components are in line with the budget
- Understands and aligns to your customers business goals and objectives, ultimately driving ROI
- Achieves retention, growth and customer satisfaction goals of your accounts through best in class relationship management and customer service
- Ensures on-time delivery of our content and platform solution through effective, pro-active planning and communication
- Collaborates and communicates cross-functionally with internal team to ensure customer issues and opportunities are addresses in a timely manner
- Influences product roadmap by looking for customer trends and sharing feedback
- Meets deadlines independently, balance multiple projects, and proactively communicate delivery
- ZERO ego. This is a collaborative work environment and that needs to be recognized and respected
Education
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or related degree required. Advanced degree a plus.
- 4+ years of direct account management at an agency or similar organization
