Advertising/Marketing Account Coordinator - Client Services

Our Client Services Team works with major companies to help reach and engage their customers through the development of high performance advertising strategies and drive business growth in the digital and social marketing/advertising sector. We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated Account Coordinator to work under the direction of the Account Executive and Account Supervisor. 

A successful Account Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day planning, organizing, managing and execution of projects from beginning to end. This includes maintaining a high level of awareness with client activities, detail-oriented  project management, creation and management of detailed schedules, and professional communication with internal team members. The Account Coordinator must also be adept at identifying potential roadblocks related to budgets, resources and timelines, and reporting these potential issues to their supervisors, when necessary. 

The ideal candidate has strong project management and organization skills, ability to balance multiple projects, and is capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  
Skills and Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in project management, client services, project management at an agency or in a related field
  • Demonstrate expert organizational skills and strong ability to project manage 
  • Manage the day-to-day planning, organization, management and execution of projects from beginning to end.
  • Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan. 
  • Ensure on-time delivery of our content and platform solution through effective, pro-active planning and communication    
  • Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with internal team to ensure customer issues and opportunities are addresses in a timely manner
  • Meet deadlines independently, balance multiple projects, and proactively communicate delivery
  • ZERO ego. This is a collaborative work environment and that needs to be recognized and respected 
 
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field required
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in advertising, project management or related field
