Job Description
As Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team (and the People Operations team) ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle. You’re a polished, engaging and detailed oriented professional. You’ll leverage your superb use of judgement, initiative and creative problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment to make a difference and help scale the company.
This position requires your presence in the office from 9:00 to 5:00 each day (unless other arrangements are made) to ensure coordination with the recruiting team and to create the best experience for candidates coming on-site and meeting with the team via video chat.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers to seamlessly schedule candidate interviews (phone/video/onsite) despite challenging calendars, logistics, and/or travel requirements
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact
- Help manage and execute a flawless, world class candidate experience from start to finish by greeting candidates, escorting them through the interview process, and ensuring video interviews are set-up and running on time.
- Assist with events and help coordinate communications, HR activities and other items for the People team.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a coordinator (or similar) role, ideally in a startup environment
- Experience with recruiting software / tools (ATS, social networks, niche job boards, sourcing aggregators, HRIS, etc.)
- Genuine passion for providing outstanding service to external and internal clients
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Dynamic, engaging, professional with a positive attitude with the ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up and organization abilities
- Nice to have: an HR background and/or experience working a startup environment where you’ve had a dual role in HR and Recruiting
