You will work with our current HR, operations, and recruiting teams to balance a mix of on-call and deep-thinking responsibilities. An ideal candidate for this role is flexible, can work autonomously, and can switch rapidly from in-the-moment collaboration to focused solo-work. Moloco is a Series B organization, and you'll constantly be facing new challenges as the needs of the organization morph.
Responsibilities will include
- Collecting, tracking, and maintaining employee data
- Employee onboarding/offboarding
- Evaluate HRIS and implement
- Assisting with organization of performance review cycles
- Supportining VP of People in educating employees on company policies
- Embedding consistent HR practices to establish a solid foundation for growth
- Fostering positive employee relations and working to resolve any employee issues that surface
- Under the lead of the VP of People Ops, being a vital source of HR information, answering any questions employees may have
Requirements
- Impeccable personal integrity and sound, accurate judgement
- Prior experience in an HR, operations, paralegal, or legal assistant role
- Familiarity with US immigration law and processes a plus
- Ability to identify and execute process improvements to make systems more streamlined
- Flexible about handling many different kinds of responsibilities and a fast-changing workplace
- Proven ability to manage projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and confident about taking on responsibility and delivering results
