Moloco is a leading mobile adtech company that unlocks the value of data through advertising. Utilizing proprietary lookalike modeling, deep learning prediction engine, and 100% RTB inventory, we empower our partners grow their mobile businesses through marketing and monetization.
The company is in a hypergrowth mode and we are hiring our first marketing lead to fuel the growth even further. As the first member of the marketing team, you will need to be hands-on in execution and be able to build and lead a team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and executives to craft corporate and product messaging
- Execute the messaging to all internal and external channels, including corporate website, sales materials, case studies and more
- Apply an analytical and data-driven approach to product marketing activities
- Track sales enablement success metrics for all aspects of the business, and develop a robust lead gen program
- Develop an annual global marketing plan
- Work closely with Product to understand what the company is building, why, and whom the target audience is and when to reach them
- Elevate Moloco marketing to the next level and showcase the company’s state-of-the-art technology
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience. B2B and adtech experience is preferred but not required
- Has deep functional expertise in all aspects of marketing with a proven track record of driving business results through disruptive marketing and sales enablement programs
- Business driver, with proven track record of leading marketing teams that deliver significant bottom line results
- BA/BS required; Graduate degree a plus
