We are looking for an HR Manager to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
Our ideal candidate will support the people and talent in the Philippines. You will be able to develop, train, recruit and retain great talent as they implement and create HR management programs. As well, you will co-create the culture of our global organization as we achieve our aggressive growth strategy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Brings in and keeps great talent: conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new employee orientations; monitors career pathing program, employee relations counseling, culture focus groups, and stay/exit interviewing
- Coaches and develops leaders. Understands and aligns self to the business and coaches leaders in their journey to better influence, inspire, engage, and build accountability with their teams
- Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all team members to support global structure while remaining compliant with local laws
- Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures
- Make data driven people decisions. Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Put business cases together to support initiatives and programs.
- Facilitates and encourages cross functional communication and collaboration
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems, and recommends necessary changes
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Comfortably train VP of People Operations in local employment law and considerations
- Re-evaluate policies for cost effectiveness
- Develops self and others, building, implementing, and facilitating training curriculum, identifying 3rd party solutions and platforms to multiply the talents of team members.
- Must be willing to work adjusted schedule to support both shifts (12 am - 8 am)
Experience:
- BA in Psychology, Communications, HR, or Business Related field
- 5-8 years in HR generalist work, working with global, cross functional teams and consumer products
- Expertise in training, recruiting and onboarding.
- Some background in statistics or business analysis
