Loan Data Entry Operator (TEMPORARY)

  • $13.00/hour
  • Responsibilities:
    • Performs reviews of commercial loans to ensure compliance with established policies and standards with limited oversight
    • Reviews complex loans with some to little supervision
    • Verifies the data stated in the commercial loans
    • Enters customer and account data from source documents within time limits
    • Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, corrects any incompatibilities and checks output
    • Presents results/reports to senior management when assigned

    Requirements:
    • Ability to start the job immediately
    • This is a temporary/contractual position
    • Can commit to a minimum of 2 weeks, possibly more, full-time employment schedule
    • Essential data entry skills, such as fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and contract/online forms
    • Has working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within lending analysis, especially with loan contracts
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Demonstrate high attention to detail
    • Good organizational skills 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized, concise manner.
    • Works with management to achieve data entry goals
    • Professional interaction with office staff
    • High level of accuracy
