Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company serving the e-commerce market. They have been around for 12 years and have thousands of customers who use their product every day to automate their business and boost profits. They are a team of over 130 people across three locations—Scottsdale, San Francisco Bay Area, and Indore, India. They love helping businesses and they are looking for a creative Partner Marketing Manager to develop, plan, execute and track strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue with key partners. In this role, you’ll build marketing campaigns, manage partnerships, handle partner events with the goal of growing referral revenue from each channel.
In order to be considered, candidates must have over five years of experience in a partner marketing capacity and at least three years in a start-up environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing, proven relationship management ability and success in managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You must be scrappy and committed to making a difference, doing the right thing, and always driving extraordinary results. This role will coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.
What You Will be Doing:
- Take over current partnerships and execute on our strategy to acquire and onboard new partners.
- Work closely with partners to develop messaging, awareness and enablement for the client and our product.
- Develop programs that drive lead growth, increase engagement, generate pipeline and deliver revenue with key partners.
- Develop and execute joint marketing programs with partners including events, content, webinars, podcasts and social media.
- Ensure that the client has compelling materials for sales and customer success teams within our strategic partners to use in driving customer demand for our software products.
- Recommend incentive strategies for partners in order to grow referral business.
- Forecast, measure and analyze the impact of programs on opportunity creation, pipeline, and sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and partner success.
- Become a partner advocate and influence teams to increase referrals and build technology that grows our relationship with partners.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Deep understanding of software marketing and partner sales.
- Expertise in working with partners, building joint campaigns and driving sales.
- Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around partner marketing performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
- A successful track record of developing partner lead pipeline through webinars, email campaigns, events, and other creative programs.
- Superior ability to prioritize the execution of multiple deliverables according to tight deadlines.
- Experience working in start-up environments—you must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and have shown yourself to be adaptive and flexible.
