Our client is a startup company developing an interactive app for future generations. Their mission is to build a digital world to drive positive behavior in the real world that kids will enjoy daily, a space where kids ages 3-12 can learn to successfully regulate their emotions, increase focus, sleep better, and practice compassion through the regular practice of meditation, yoga, mindfulness games & activities, and healthy screen time. With their app launching around the corner, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to help them release it into the hands of kids! In this role, you will be responsible for the breadth of our marketing including developing a Go-to-Market strategy, demand generation, inbound marketing, SEO, PPC, and content creation to drive leads through a variety of channels. You must be scrappy with an ‘Anything is Possible’ mindset, committed to making a difference in the lives of millions of children and always driving extraordinary results.
What We’re Looking For:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns that support the full sales cycle and increase leads, traffic, and overall demand. You will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy to drive engagement and lead generation through multiple channels. The right candidate will have a clear understanding of marketing a SAAS product, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies, creative marketing campaign development and execution, data analysis and customer segmentation. This role will drive both direct and indirect lead generation programs such as content syndication, online advertising, customer case studies and contribute to sales enablement initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Developing and executing a digital marketing strategy with the executives
- Execute advertising strategy, including PPC, PPL, search, display, native and retargeting marketing
- Create branding positions and messaging that generates demand and awareness of Ninja Focus and establishes our place as a market leader
- Manage and optimize conversions through SEO, content offers, calls-to-action, landing pages, email lead nurturing content and social sharing
- Collaborate with team on bigger-picture campaigns and goals
- Perform regular assessment of website performance and work with the design team to implement A/B testing and website improvements
- Effectively communicate marketing status, issues, and results
- Perform buyer and market research to understand industry trends and ensure resonant messages and effective marketing strategy
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Creative, smart, fun, team player with an “Anything is Possible” attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
- Works from both sides of the brain, but analytical and data-driven
- Solid understanding of marketing and demand/lead generation
- Understanding of SEO, website design, and conversion
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with social media channels and running ads (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Sketch
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years' experience running demand generation campaigns and programs
- Wordpress CMS, Google Analytics and Google AdWords
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
