Recruiting Programs Specialist

The ModusBox HR team is a high energy, quirky group that is focused on creating a category winning company to work for and with. The only way we can accomplish this is to develop our back office team and processes. This is how we can best support our internal and external teams. 

We are searching for an innovative, scrappy, and passionate Recruiting Programs Specialist, who is ready to meet our growth goals and help define what recruiting is at ModusBox. This person will be a key strategic partner in our efforts to operationalize and scale our business.

You Have:
  • 2-4 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting. Including scheduling, sourcing, selection, offer negotiation, and initiating the onboarding process for a designated business group.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or, at least 3 years of equivalent work experience required.
  • An understanding of documenting and creating recruiting operational processes.
  • The people skills required to build relationships with a diverse global workforce that includes groups like developers and managers.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise applicant tracking systems, prior experience with Google Hire is preferred.
