Lead Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

As the Lead Psychiatric NP, you'll work with the Medical Director, a foremost psychedelic researcher and ketamine therapy clinician, to open the first clinic in NYC. There, you'll help treat the first several hundred patients, support the continuous improvement of therapeutic programs, and deliver exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes. As MindBloom expands its staff and launches additional locations, you'll support the Medical Director with medical group management.

What you'll do 
  • Treat patients for depression and anxiety both in-person at our clinics and online through our proprietary telemedicine platform
  • Conduct psychiatric and physiological assessments
  • Prescribe and administer ketamine therapy
  • Monitor patient progress in-person and online
  • Achieve exceptional patient satisfaction scores
  • Contribute to improving the overall clinical protocols, patient experience, and technology platform through continuous feedback
  • Help grow, train, and support a team of clinicians across the country

Requirements
  • Licensed and certified in NY
  • Prescriptive authority for Controlled Substances
  • Exceptional bedside manner and patient-centric mindset
  • Comfort working in fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to confidently identify/confirm patient indications for ketamine treatment
  • Passion for the future of mental health and wellness
  • Personal experience with non-ordinary states of consciousness
