As a Clinical Support Engineer (CSE), you will be trained in medical imaging as well as a variety of our products and their functions. Responsibilities
- Provide software support for users, both online and over the phone.
- Provide feature training and feature support to our customers.
- Gather feedback from customers in order to enhance our product.
- Project management for technical site implementation with different hardware/software vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Masters degree in Science, Applied Science, Postgraduate training in medical radiation physics or experience in the field of medical physics (Radiation Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, Research Science) is a plus but not required.
- Scripting/coding experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (communication skills in French and/or German are a plus)
- Solid understanding of networks and networking tools
- An intelligent team member that works well within a team atmosphere
- Confident and clear communicator with peers and customers
