Marketing Director

MikMak is looking for a proven B2B marketing leader to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. This position will have oversight a full range of marketing programs and investments, generating qualified leads for MikMak’s enterprise software platform, measuring and continually improving program performance, and ultimately playing a pivotal role in scaling our business. This position will report to Rachel Tipograph, MikMak’s Founder and CEO.

Responsibilities
  • Accelerate revenue growth by creating and implementing a repeatable, predictable formula for lead generation.
  • Increase volume of qualified leads and CRM opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute MikMak’s events marketing program, ranging from major conferences to intimate executive dinners
  • Lead the development of high-quality marketing content that highlights MikMak’s core values in a way that resonates with our buyer
  • Establish and optimize an outbound marketing program that efficiently generates qualified leads
  • Develop and standardize product marketing collateral, and establish processes for ongoing refresh + new product/feature launches
  • Determine additional resource needs and investments required to execute on a successful marketing program for MikMak; source and manage talent

Who you are
  • 7+ years Marketing experience, including B2B experience in a start-up environment with a track record of success and progressively expanding responsibilities
  • Strategic thinker, strong knowledge and experience in content marketing, PR/agency management and product marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic, humble and hungry
  • NYC based or ready to relocate to the best city on Earth
