Greeter is responsible for meeting clients in a very personable manner, greeting guests politely and directing them to the proper office and providing assistance to the administration as needed.
Essential duties and responsibilities include; however, other duties may be necessarily performed:
1. Perform all greeter duties in a pleasant, effective and efficient manner
2. Meet and greet customer immediately upon their arrival
3. Greet all customers pleasantly and direct them to proper places
4. Keep reception area neat, clean and attractive
5. Maintain a professional presence and appearance following appropriate dress code requirements
6. Ask customers if they would like to have a water or coffee
