Social Media Marketing Manager - Paid Social

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency recognized as one of Ad Age’s 2019 and 2020 Best Places to Work, is conducting informational interviews for a Social Media Marketing Manager position, with an emphasis on Paid Social: 
 
What You’ll Do:
 
  • Develop, oversee, and implement paid social strategies across multiple client accounts
  • Create and manage social media based advertising campaigns, including partnering with various teams for fully integrated and flexible strategies 
  • Develop reporting dashboards and provide ongoing data and strategic analysis
  • Ensure integration with other agency teams, including account service, PR, creative, media, and interactive
  • Assist with new business outreach through research, brainstorming, strategy development, pitching and on-boarding
  • Maintain close and positive relationships with clients
  • Stay current with marketing and client industry trends and tools
  • Provide occasional off-hours management of client accounts
  • Oversee department employees and potentially serving as a mentor to junior level employees
 
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:
 
  • 5-7+ years managing paid and unpaid social media efforts
  • Deep understanding of social, digital advertising, website, e-comm, and business metrics 
  • Deep experience with ad campaign planning, set-up, management, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience working across paid social channels, objectives, creatives, and audiences
  • Ability to work well with others 
  • Adaptable, flexible
