Marketing Account Coordinator

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency recognized as one of Ad Age’s 2019 Best Places to Work, is currently seeking an Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who can work on several busy clients and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Agency experience preferred. 

 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Coordinate and execute project work accurately and on time
  • Generate paperwork for job starters, revisions and approvals
  • Prepare and send traffic orders in line with media buys – including TV, radio, and digital
  • Review/proof all client materials 
  • Compile competitive information/reports
  • Research industry trends
  • Maintain detailed notes from client conference calls and meetings 
  • Assist in the development of client presentations
 



Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:

 
  • Previous work/internship experience in an ad/marketing agency environment 
  • Proactive and able to problem solve and take ownership of projects 
  • Incredible attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • Great time management and organizational skills 
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work professionally with a variety of personalities 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Willing to go the extra mile to help make a project successful
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing Communications, Business Management or a related field
