Responsibilities:
This position works alongside our internal IT support team to manage and resolve helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot end-user computer equipment, setup and issue equipment to new hires, accept and decommission equipment from exiting employees, and other day-to-day IT Support tasks.
Qualifications/Required Experience:
Gsuite for Business
Office 365 (we are currently undergoing a migration)
Any system management/network inventory utilities (having prior knowledge of any will lay the foundational understanding of the platform we finally decide on).
Extensive Windows 10 end-user level troubleshooting
AD / File permissions (how to reset a password, add a user to a share, etc.)
Troubleshooting skills in general, e.g. the ability to Google
Nice to have:
Basic networking understanding
Jira ticketing system
Panda antivirus and system management
Mac experience
