The following are required:
- 1+ year as a Registered Nurse or related role (ideally in the critical care space)
- 1+ year of sales, support or customer facing experience in healthcare IT vendor clinical support role
- Experience supporting the customer sales process
- Proven business acumen in successfully fostering value-based relationships and a skill set that creates a trusted advisory role with clinical leaders and users in the organization
- Ability to travel by air and car within the United States approximately 50-60% of the time

Your Role with MIC
- Excel in a healthcare sales support oriented role.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise and credibility with our customers and the MIC team.
- Develop and deliver clinically focused product demonstrations tailored to the hospitals individual needs.
- Understand and advise customers on clinical workflow improvements for MIC products.
- Manage relationships with client stakeholders as the key clinical advisor; spend significant time working with clinical client resources who are considering MIC.
- Partner with sales team on account planning and strategy to help advance the sales process, remove any blockers, and develop champions and influencers within the clinical team.
- Document clients current clinical workflow and desired state to improve that workflow.
- Function as the voice of the Customer by capturing clinical validation of success metrics.
- Work with Client Success Analyst to ensure those key metrics, analytics, and customer success stories are translated into case studies and references as well as analytics that can be turned back to the hospital to reinforce value and justify expansion.
- Provides clinical input for new product development and software enhancements to assure adherence to current healthcare and regulatory standards, enhanced customer satisfaction, and innovation.
- Collaborate with Sales team to identify new sales opps within existing accounts and helps to develop strategic roadmaps and project plans for recommended sales solutions over time.
- Participate in a corporate culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on organization need and judgment, and able to work independently in remote office situations productively.
- Mentor internal staff regarding best demonstrated practices.
