An experienced and high-energy Sales Director whose primary function is to accelerate the adoption and revenue growth of Nozzle. Primary responsibilities will include the development and management of a strong sales pipeline, generating and submitting RFPs and related sales documents, attending and speaking at key events to generate leads, collaborating with the management team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive, well organised and able to demonstrate the ability to sell at multiple levels.
Responsibilities
- Understand and effectively communicate Nozzle's value proposition
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline of brands and agencies
- Build and manage a sales team
- Create strong relationships with key agency and client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management level
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
- Develop and keep afresh sales collateral including case studies and testimonials
- Work with the product team to ensure the Nozzle roadmap is continually addressing market needs
- Work with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer service and foster a culture of continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 5 + years experience of selling media and technology to brands and agencies
- A basic to good understanding of AI
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, Sales pipeline and CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams
