We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Analyst to drive consistency and standardization of Medable’s processes and procedures.

The primary purpose of this role will be to create and maintain process documents. This position is a long-term contract and reports to the Director of Document Management & Training.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, document, and maintain standards, best practices, and system usage procedures
- Maintain controlled documents and their records according to the document management lifecycle
- Guide other departments in process design and document best practices
- Provide recommendations for current document and process enhancements
- Apply standards for controlling documentation
- Support the maintenance of the quality management system
- Maintain compliance with records and document management
- Provide quality management system support for internal and external audits
Education and Skill Requirements:
- Experience creating and maintaining controlled documents
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Self-directed
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- SaMD/ISO experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
