Function description
Context: Analyses and defines process for Cards Products/functionalities
- Define and analyse existing business models using process modelling techniques and methods
- Manage end-to-end process description (AS IS)
- Reviewing and updating existing processes
- Process documentation
- Document management
Language requirements
- Dutch - Strong written and spoken communication skills
- French - Strong written and spoken communication skills
- English - Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education
- Bachelor or master degree
Nice to Have
- Certification: A lean or Process certification is a plus
- BPM - techniques knowledge is a plus
Required experience / knowledge
At least 4-5 years experience in Process/project and in a bank environment. (preference for a card knowledge)
Mandatory
- Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Experience in the card world
- Knowledge of BNPPF technical tools.
