Your role & working environment
Within the Center of Expertise Business Transformation, four expertises work together to accelerate complex transformations within the client, being the Business Consultants, Road Managers, Black Belts and Business Analysts. All working with internal customers to solve cross-Tribe challenges.
As a Business Analyst you support in problem-, process- and/or requirements analyses and advise on possible solutions. You investigate the issue from all COPAFIJTH aspects, indicate which changes are necessary to achieve the business objectives and explain the consequences associated with the suggested solution. You often fulfill the gap between Business and IT.
You have strong analytical skills and use state-of-the-art business analysis methods and techniques. With your good communication skills you present the results of your in-depth analyses in an understandable and independent manner. Because of your organizational sensitivity, you manage the divers demands and interests of various stakeholders. You enjoy the agile Way of Working and you are flexible.
Your key responsibilities
As a Business Analyst you work assignment-based. The assignments are, among other things, containing the following value propositions:
Problem analyses en solution design
- You investigate the core of the problem, define the scope, draft the AS-IS and TO-BE situation, analyse the gap and/or impact and formulate your advice on the solution.
Requirement management
- You help stakeholders to derive their requirements, ensure a clear and solid definition and subsequently translate these requirements into an improved process and/or IT design.
Process design
- Together with the business and IT developers you design the optimal customer process flows. In the process design the various process steps, customer journey flows, communications, data, IT components and controls will be visible. You focus on processes that need to be redesigned, digitized or automated in a different way.
Connecting People
- Being the “bridge” you accelerate the realisation of transformations by clarifying dependencies and then bringing the right stakeholders together. You facilitate workshops and support decision- making through insights and advice. You take ownership and are highly self-employed, becoming the "go-to" person.

Required education and knowledge:
- Master / Academic/ University level, preferably a background in business economics.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Experience in and/or affinity with financial sector (preferably banking sector) and savviness with IT aspects (eg digitization, platforming)
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Dutch and English.
