Marmoset is seeking a Creative Coordinator
Marmoset is seeking a Creative Coordinator for our Creative Services Team. This full-time position works closely with Marmoset’s Client Services team and Creative Pods to coordinate a variety of projects, including music searches, quotes, original music work, and other related needs — essentially acting as the connective tissue between our Client Services team and the Creative Pod. This person will coordinate and manage a high volume and range of deliverables each day, and should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in music and working closely with clients. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with 1+ years of related experience, who can rule systems and processes with an iron fist and also build strong relationships with clients and artists.
Basics: At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in a related role. You’re organized and on top of music and music industry trends. Ability to travel and build strong, long lasting client relationships is critical.
Personality: You’re a people person. Highly organized and detail oriented. Self-starter with a contagious “can-do” attitude. Plays well with others. You welcome criticism and often seek feedback. Unflappable; able to succeed in a highly creative, fast-paced environment.
Abilities: Excellent communicator, highly organized, fast learner. Ability to coordinate music searches for clients, often on tight deadlines. You see the forest through the trees -- able to focus on the project at hand while also seeing the big picture. Strong, assertive communication. Easily asks for help AND offers help. You have impeccable taste in music. Ability to relate to Marmoset’s wide variety of clients from all backgrounds.
Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in a related role and are well-versed in music industry trends. You have experience working closely with clients and building client loyalty. You’ve worked on a team where your strong attention to detail and highly organized attributes made an impact.
