Marmoset is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in SEM, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Data Analytics
The ideal candidate is a certified NERD -- someone who manifests great joy by diving deep into SEM, SEO, PPC, retargeting and social media marketing, email marketing and data analytics. This role works closely with external SEM, SEO and email marketing partners to create strategies, drive PPC campaigns, analyze click-through data and regularly conduct research to drive client engagement and sales. You have a strong understanding of the rapidly changing state of e-commerce and how we can leverage the trends. You have a firm grasp on concepts like “cost per acquisition”, “conversion rate optimization” and “frictionless commerce.” You’re a team player, self starter, and learn quickly. Humble. Hungry. Personality: You’re a self-starter with a contagious “can-do” attitude. You’re a team player who often seeks out critical feedback. You’re calm and cool under pressure. Not shy -- an upbeat, strong, proactive and assertive communicator.
Abilities: You eat data and spreadsheets for breakfast and are known for geeking out for hours in Google Analytics. You’re a strategic thinker and a creative problem solver. In addition to being passionate about numbers and results, you have creative writing skills to help support the content producing roles on the marketing team.
Experience: Demonstrated experience with e-commerce, SEM, SEO, A/B Testing, Conversion Optimization, Email Marketing, PPC campaigns. Experienced with GA, MailChimp, Squarespace. You have at least three years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, SEM Manager, Paid Acquisition Manager, Email Marketer or similar.
