We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. Marketing Envy is a B2B tech marketing agency. We take pride in exceeding our customer goals through finely tuned inbound marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
What will you be doing?
- Provide essential support to the CEO with sales administration.
- Work with Hubspot and other sales tools to help automate and optimize our sales workflow.
- Following up as needed with prospects and tracking Leads using Hubspot.
- Writing quotes and working with PandaDoc.
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Developing and implementing the company’s sales process and sales operations
- Native English level (written & spoken) – a must
- Previous experience in administration positions - must
- Hubspot\PandaDoc experience - Advantage
- “Can-do” person, hard worker, super-organized and self-learner with interest in online marketing
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Availability for part-time sales admin work (~20 weekly hours); perfect for students and parents!
