Enterprise Account Executive

At MarketDial we're building software that enables our customers to make sophisticated multi-million dollar marketing, pricing, staffing, and operational decisions through offline A/B testing. Our customers are leaders in the restaurant, retail, grocery, and c-store spaces.
 
While the online A/B testing suite of tools is very robust, offline (brick and mortar) requires different science to run quality tests and MarketDial is the most easy-to-use and accurate solution for offline A/B tests.

 MarketDial is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive. We’re looking for someone who has some experience (see below), is comfortable in an iterative environment, and is willing to roll up her / his sleeves to get the work done. The right person will be dedicated, empathetic, and rigorous.
 
 You will report to the VP of Sales and will work closely with the CRO and Executive Team in pushing the GTM strategy forward. The Enterprise Account Executive will primarily be responsible for building and closing new customers. We are looking for an EAE with a “hunter” mentality that will take ownership of a territory and create significant growth.
 
 Responsibilities:
 
  • Exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives, and build new revenue
  • Work with customers to understand and identify their strategic vision and objectives, aligning with MarketDial products and services
  • Perform sales presentations/demonstrates to match solutions that identified needs
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales by processing a full understanding of customer’s specific decision-making and purchasing process
  • Meet face to face with customers to build products to build relationships and gain an excellent understanding of their political and corporate environment
  • Effectively manage RFP’s, bids & other customer requirements
  • Expedite the sales cycle by demonstrating superior knowledge of MarketDial solutions
  • Increase deal size through consultative and analytical sales approach
  • Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quota
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies and competitors
  • Comfortable and excited to work with a high growth company, providing constant feedback loop 


 
Desired Skills and Experience:
 
  • Minimum of 5 years high tech SaaS experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven “hunter” background with a track record of continually exceeding quota targets
  • Knowledge of general A/B Testing principles
  • Consultative, solution experience selling software products
  • Excellent presentation and oral communication skills 
  • Experience building a sales pipeline and positioning business to close
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com is required and use of other opportunity tracking systems is preferred
