Production Manager

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead the teams of staff & contractors in providing excellent technical support for the various ministries and events happening on the Irvine campus
  • Responsible for overseeing the technical operation, management & support of all venues on the Irvine campus primarily outside of the worship center
  • Develop a collaborative & positively engaging relationship with the various ministries and events that utilize the Irvine Campus and ensure the highest quality customer service
  • Develop a system of consistently improving the production quality within the kids, youth, chapel, & Sunday night ministries
  • Recruit, train & lead a large team of volunteer technicians that are passionate about serving with excellence
  • Run FOH Audio for events as needed
  • Co-lead or lead the support and execution of large conference / concerts on campus
  • Oversee the scheduling, training & weekly execution of teams during events and services
  • Oversee all of the communication, planning and coordination for outside events
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Demonstrates a personal passion for serving the local church
  • 3-5 years experience with leading & developing teams of staff/volunteers
  • 5+ years of professional experience in AVL technologies
  • Strong audio engineering and operational knowledge
  • Strong inter-personal, conflict resolution, and strategic relationship building skills
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and highly efficient work characteristics
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Relationships
  • Reports to the Technical Director
Other Ministry Responsibilities
  • Participates in monthly all church staff meetings and weekly story time.
  • Collaborates with the central technical team and assists with weekend services as needed
  • Cross train with other team members on the technical department
