The Junior High Boys Life Group Associate Director will create a high-quality environment through weekend programming and volunteer recruitment, training, and ongoing relationship building for junior highers to experience Jesus and grow in their faith.
The Junior High Boys Life Group Associate Director will be known for:
- A degree (BA) and/or 3+ years of experience in Youth Ministry
- Using creativity to engage and inspire students
The Junior High Boys Life Group Associate Director will:
- Oversee the creative programming and planning of weekend services
- Champion the recruitment, training and ongoing development of Life Group leaders and JHM experience volunteers
- Coordinate all Camp programs
- Design and plan all communication for the JHM students and families
- Manage logistics for events and camps, including the scholarship budget, and be the JHM liaison with the Family Operations Director
The Junior High Boys Life Group Associate Director will report directly to the JHM Pastor.
Additionally, all Mariners Staff Members:
- Are Christians and embrace a high biblical standard of personal conduct and lifestyle
- Are in agreement with the church’s vision and values and attend Mariners Church
