Rooted Network Operations Coordinator

The Rooted Network Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Director on a variety of product development and production goals. Projects include US and international translation development, sales and distribution, research and execution. 

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Help enhance and maintain a clear, precise and excellent customer purchase experience online utilizing our online store and systems. 
  • Be the first point of contact for church, and customer, inquiries- funneling inquiries to the correct Rooted Network team members and/or resolving unique inquiries regarding orders, payment, online account issues, return requests, and general escalated issues.
  • Contribute to the Product Roadmap - proofing materials and overall contract details; copyright, licensing agreements, etc. Occasionally working closely with the Communications team on creative elements in concept, writing, and editing. 
  • Work closely with the Fulfilment Coordinator on order fulfillment inquiries and inventory tracking- ensuring churches and customers have Rooted materials and products ordered and in hand/on time. 
  • Be the “go to person” for our Relationship Management team in order to meet the needs of our Rooted Network churches. Work closely with our Communications and Events team on a variety of events and products as advised.
  • Work on accounting details including deposits, invoices, and money transfers. 
  • Participate in Rooted Network training events and conferences.
  • Assist Mariners Rooted Irvine, as advised, regarding book and product orders to ensure they have materials needed for a successful Rooted Launch.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of relevant ministry experience.
  • 1-2 years of customer service, administrative or project management experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, and exporting data.
  • Must be able to collaborate and work effectively with multiple team members and external clients/vendors.
  • Preferred previous experience developing ministry with an entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, hosting events, and simplifying complexity.
