Since our humble beginnings selling absurdly soft t-shirts from a VW bus, we've been pretty busy- building a great brand, opening 41 (and counting!) stores, and, most importantly, continuing to make awesome clothing. Turns out, all of this requires a good amount of work on the backend, and our HQ team is expanding to keep up… that’s where you come in.
We're looking for a Systems and Logistics Associate to join our Operations Team - someone who can help us better utilize our current software systems and integrations, support our supply chain and optimize our logistics.
We need someone with a mind for systems and operations and a passion for making them work towards building a better business. A successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional, and highly dynamic start-up environment, and is excited to take on new challenges as the business continues to grow. We have ambitious plans for 2019 and beyond, and need someone who can jump in and start making an impact immediately.
Specifically this job will require that you:
- Own Netsuite, our ERP, as the administrator, creator of reporting, dashboards, items and new developments
- Manage multiple 3rd party developers for Netsuite and other system integrations (POS, WMS)
- Manage POS system setup and maintenance
- Build strong partnerships with e-commerce, retail, production and finance teams to support their system needs
- Manage relationship with 3PL, including forecasting, capacity planning, packaging inventory and ad hoc projects
- Partner with production team to ensure on time delivery of goods from vendors to warehouse
- Schedule and manages all FOB vendor freight and store delivery freight via freight forwarding contacts
- Analyze monthly 3PL invoices to measure cost savings and vendor accountability
QUALIFICATIONS: (it bodes well if you have the below)
Multi-Tasker.
Many jobs say you need to be a multi-tasker; for this one, we really mean it. Systems Nerd.
The successful candidate for this position brings a positive approach to new and challenging projects. You have a strong understanding of retail system (ERP, POS, e-commerce) and willingness to learn more. You don’t shy away from a challenge and are self-motivated and accountable with an enthusiasm for getting stuff done. You will also have to work very closely with a number of external and internal teams including development partners, Production and Planning.
Driven to Build Something Great.
Hmmm, how to say this politely, we ain’t Levis or the Gap. We’re on the precipice of something really special, but we’re not there yet. The road ahead is going to be challenging and we’re looking for someone who embraces that and is eager to play a key part in getting us to the next level.
An Authentic Brand Advocate.
You should know the brand, like the brand, and understand what it takes to build the brand and represent the company in an authentic way.
Fine Print: we ask that you have the following qualifications:

- 3-4 years of retail systems experience, preferably NetSuite
