Customer Service Associate

A core part of our brand experience is delivering top notch customer service. For Marine Layer, this means emails and calls should feel like they're coming from a good friend. We're looking for someone that's easy to talk to, has a great work ethic, and is also personable, self-motivated and 110% committed to the success of our brand. As our online sales continue to grow, we want someone who is excited to take our service to the next level.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email channels and work to resolve customer needs efficiently
  • Juggle multiple conversations with customers and accomplish day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain awareness of patterns in customer communications and product feedback and communicate upward
It bodes well if you are:

  • Are a nice person with an upbeat and positive attitude
  • Are passionate about making Marine Layer something special
  • Have experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Question assumptions and take initiative to find creative solutions
