We are looking for a SaaS training specialist to work closely with our customer success team. Our goal is to accelerate the adoption of our software by our Enterprise customers by ensuring that they can take full advantage of the features and benefits provided by the Mariana Tek platform.
You’ll play a critical role in scoping, building, and delivering relevant and compelling training for customers across a broad range of users, teams, and geographies. These trainings will need to align to the customer’s specific needs and in a variety of learning situations (online, classroom, 1-1 and train the trainer).
What You'll Do
- Design training plans to improve our customers' ability to use the many functionalities of our software
- Assist discovery of specific client requirements and procedures with customers to scope a tailored training plan
- Deliver learning experiences for a variety of audiences
- Continuously improve all training programs and develop new offerings, using data collected through feedback and software use metrics
- Travel to our customers and train them on site and in person
- Conduct remote training via computer screen share or pre recorded video
