The Inside Sales Reps (ISP) help to support and grow assigned outside sales territories. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with internal departments, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with assigned outside reps to grow the revenue base
- Minimum of 20 outbound calls per day- mix of cold calls/ prospecting, account reviews, conflict resolution & past customers. Call notes to be updated in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that same day
- Review daily quotes to identify opportunities
- Provide customer demos on our online platform
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable using a CRM system
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Sales experience/ industry knowledge is not required but is considered an asset
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt when dealing with challenging circumstances, customer demands, last minute requests, deadlines and daily stress
- Ability to potentially relocate within Ontario
Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Education: Post Secondary School - Diploma or Degree (Required)
