Administration Clerk -Bilingual

Job Description
  • Manitoulin Transport is seeking an Admin/clerk for its Ottawa & Pembroke Terminals. Duties to include but are not limited to:
  • Dealing with e-mails, incoming phone calls, and providing customer service.
  • Booking pick ups, setting delivery appointments, and rescheduling of freight. 
  • Working with daily inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
  • Other duties as assigned by Terminal Manager
 
Qualification
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English languages.
  • Must be customer oriented/team player.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.
  • Must possess good time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
  • Must possess good problem solving skills.
  • Must possess a strong proficiency with computer skills.

  • Please note the hours for this role are : 1100 - 1900 Monday through Friday.
