- Manitoulin Transport is seeking an Admin/clerk for its Ottawa & Pembroke Terminals. Duties to include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with e-mails, incoming phone calls, and providing customer service.
- Booking pick ups, setting delivery appointments, and rescheduling of freight.
- Working with daily inbound/outbound shipments.
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Other duties as assigned by Terminal Manager
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English languages.
- Must be customer oriented/team player.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Must possess good time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
- Must possess good problem solving skills.
- Must possess a strong proficiency with computer skills.
- Please note the hours for this role are : 1100 - 1900 Monday through Friday.
